After a successful career as the bass player for the rock band Our Last Night, Woody has embarked on a new journey to share his music more authentically and personally. His soulful acoustic indie rock style is infused with his passion for yoga, meditation, and self-development.

While touring the globe, Woody performed on stage and led yoga and meditation sessions for his band and fans, inspiring his best-selling book, You Are The Rock Star, designed to promote mental clarity and well-being.

Now based between New Hampshire and Tennessee, Woody continues to bring his unique sound and heartfelt messages to communities. He also volunteers at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences, founded by Sadhguru.

This class is perfect for all levels and offers a peaceful pause before diving back into the holiday hustle. Bonus: End with an optional warm herbal tea to carry that sense of calm into the rest of your day.
