Haven't joined the ranks yet? The journey is still open! Complete 100 classes by the end of 2024 and you, too, can become part of this elite group. Beginning in 2025, the slate is wiped clean, and everyone in the community will have a fresh opportunity to rise to the challenge and reach 100 classes by the end of the year.

Ayurveda Workshop Weekend: Daily Rituals for the Body, Heart, and Mind

We are offering an Ayurveda Workshop Weekend this fall, with two different educational offerings. Whether you’re a yoga teacher or simply curious about Ayurveda, this is an excellent opportunity to explore this ancient healing system.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old practice from India that focuses on creating balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It’s based on the concept of Doshas—our mind-body types—and offers practical ways to live in harmony with your nature through diet, daily habits, and lifestyle adjustments.

Our facilitator, Michelle Wolfe, brings a wealth of knowledge, including life-changing insights from her trip to India, where she immersed herself in the study of Ayurveda. Both sessions will include a yoga practice introducing Ayurveda to physical yoga practice. Here’s what you can look forward to:

1. Full-Day Program:

   Saturday, November 16, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

   A deep dive into Ayurveda, with a 75-minute yoga session, in-depth learning, and personalized applications.

   Cost: $225 / Early Bird Special: $199 (before November 2)

2. Short Program:

   Sunday, November 17, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

   This is a more concise introduction, including a 60-minute yoga session, perfect for those wanting an overview of the basics and practical tools.

   Cost: $125 / Early Bird Special: $99 (before November 2)
