Special Class Alert: Yoga Nidra Replaces Yin Yoga This Wednesday!

On Wednesday, November 6, at 4:30 PM, Cindy Frain’s popular Yin Yoga class will take a brief pause as she spends time with her family. In her place, we’re thrilled to welcome Johanna Geister, MSN, RN, RYT-200, a Certified Amrit Method Yoga Nidra Facilitator. Johanna will guide you through this deeply restorative practice, blending her expertise as a Holistic Nurse Coach and Yoga Nidra specialist.

If you haven’t experienced Yoga Nidra before, this is the perfect moment to discover the transformative power of this practice. Regular class rates apply, and Cindy’s Yin Yoga class will return the following week!
