Adie Hanisko Adie will join her husband in Munich, Germany, for a temporary six-month assignment. During her time away, our Wednesday morning classes will feature a variety of talented OLY teachers and special guest instructors, including Julietta Grodensky and Michelle Wolfe. Each will bring their unique teaching styles and rich backgrounds to enhance your practice. Stay tuned for more details on their impressive bios and offerings. We look forward to welcoming Adie back to the studio in early May! |

Maurice Sipos After taking a few months off to celebrate important family milestones and recover from minor surgery, our Maurice Sipos will return in December! He’ll be teaching Thursday evening and rotating Saturday classes. Maurice’s dynamic teaching style blends his passion for yoga, rich military background, and personable demeanor. His classes often feature Baptiste-style Journey Into Power, a powerful, energetic sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Those who have taken his class can attest to the skill and inspiration he brings to every session. We’re excited to continue offering diverse and enriching yoga experiences with our incredible teaching team! |
