When I opened One Love Yoga in 2023, I never imagined it would grow into a space for developing future yoga teachers. But over time, through meaningful conversations with students, fellow teachers, and professionals throughout Central Pennsylvania, I’ve come to recognize a real gap in what’s being offered:

We are missing a high-quality, inclusive, and accessible yoga teacher training—one that meets people where they are, honors the roots of yoga, and prepares them for the realities of teaching today.

That’s why I’m proud to introduce Root to Rise, One Love Yoga’s first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This program was created with care, research, and a deep understanding of what our community truly needs. Whether you’re exploring a path to teaching or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this training is an investment in knowledge, clarity, and growth.
