New Beginnings for 2025

Starting January 1, 2025, we’re resetting the calendar for the 100-Class Warrior Program. This fresh start is an opportunity for all yogis to join the ranks. Who will be our first Warriors of 2025?

Penn State THON Donation Class

Saturday, February 1, 11 am - 12 pm

This one-hour, all-levels yoga class focuses on heart-opening poses and community connection, symbolizing hope and strength for the children and families supported by THON. Your participation helps make a difference in the lives of those battling pediatric cancer.

Participation Fee:
Suggested donation: $20 or more

Cash donations will be accepted at the studio or send through Venmo to Heidi Trecoske.

All proceeds benefit THON and The Four Diamonds Fund.v

Sweet Sounds of the Susquehanna
