THON Yoga Fundraiser Exceeds Expectations!

One Love Yoga is thrilled to announce that our recent THON Yoga Event raised an incredible $700 in donations, surpassing our goals! Thanks to the amazing generosity of our community, we were able to match donations up to $150, further increasing our collective impact!

This event was held on behalf of Heidi’s sorority, Gamma Sigma Sigma, in support of THON, the world’s largest student-run philanthropy, which benefits children and families in Pennsylvania affected by childhood cancer.

A special thank you to Heidi for leading a fun and creative Penn State-themed class! (featured photos above) Whether you attended the event or donated, your support made this fundraiser a success.

Unconditional Love: A Valentine’s Yin Yoga Experience

Join us on Friday, February 14, from 7:30 to 9:00 PM for a heart-centered Yin Yoga class led by Michelle Wolfe, RYT 500. This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself or someone special.
