Meet Our Teachers

The teachers at One Love Yoga are leaders in the community, who are passionate about Yoga, movement, and making sure your class experience is excellent.

Ally Gregg

Ally Gregg started practicing yoga over a decade ago as a way to show up for herself. She enjoys the purpose yoga brings to her life both on and off the mat. She loves exploring body movement in different poses and appreciates all forms and styles of yoga. Sharing the gift of yoga, Ally previously worked as a volunteer Yoga Guide for AIM to Empower and currently brings yoga instruction to different studios across central Pennsylvania. Ally finds power and presence through yoga and invites you to explore your own power by joining her on the mat!

Jackie Brow

Jackie Brow has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She is a 500-hour RYT certified yoga instructor. Jackie taught yoga for Evolution Power Yoga in recent years in their Harrisburg location. She now is teaching at One Love Yoga in Harrisburg, PA. Jackie teaches a vinyasa flow style, but is well-versed in many other wellness areas, such as meditation. She has led many yoga workshops, group trainings, and managed many yoga shops.

Jackie enjoys helping people realize the many benefits of yoga, including in her work as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehab. Jackie teaches at One Love Yoga, Harrisburg, PA every Wednesday at 5:45 pm.

Adie Hanisko

A 200-hr RYT, Adie has been practicing Power Yoga since 2016, instructing since 2019. "A bit of a late bloomer, I only began doing yoga in my late 30s. What started as a physical fitness regimen quickly turned into something bigger. My experience was transformative - I realized that how I showed up on my mat was often how I showed up in my life... sometimes joyful or disconnected or silly or paralyzed by self-doubt. My practice allowed me to build a stronger sense of self in a safe environment. I'm passionate about offering that opportunity to all."

Adie is Executive Director of the non-profit AIM to Empower whose mission is to take the benefits of yoga and meditation into underserved communities. When not instructing Adie loves traveling with her husband in their RV, brewery-hopping with her adult kids, and loving on her dogs and granddog.

Cindy Frain

Cindy began practicing Yoga in 2009 with the encouragement of her daughter who inspired her to take the first step and begin her personal yoga journey. Yoga has helped regain the strength, balance, agility and endurance that had slowly waned over the years. Cindy was able to expand her yoga experience at Yoga on Chocolate, completing the 200 hour teacher training in 2014.  Additional training in Yin Yoga, chair and restorative yoga along with training in Ashtanga yoga followed in the next few years. She is a member of Yoga Alliance and has logged over 1,000 hours of teaching. The benefits of yoga can be realized at any age.  She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm and passion for yoga with others helping them to grow and expand their personal yoga practice.  Yoga is truly for every body!

Yoga has become a guidebook into self-realization, healthy diet and lifestyle choices, constructive work and nurturing relationships.

Cindy is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in Elementary Education. She chose to be an at-home MOM raising 3 children and when the youngest reached school age, began substitute teaching for a number of years. She lives in the area with her husband and enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

Cindy retired in 2016 after working for 20 years in Human Resources for a major retailer. She enjoys music, reading, swimming, skiing and spending time with her family.
